After having coached in the parks of Tokyo and London, laet’s move is back in the nature of Switzerland. This testimony from Isabel G. expresses what I try to offer to my coachees:

“I thought I wouldn’t be able to do it, especially in winter, but after a few years of training outdoors with Laetitia, “all the advantages are there”.

We escape the routine of doing fitness training indoors. Outdoors, you have the space and the choice of location, depending of course on the weather conditions. You will always find something new, a lake, a beautiful tree, a breathtaking view from the mountains. So imagine how pleasant and peaceful it is to train while listening to the sound of moving leaves or a river continuously flowing, enjoying the light. Simply “wonderful”!

Training outdoors is good for your physical health but also for your mental health: the fresh air, the presence of trees, the landscape and the contact with nature simply bring an overall sense of well-being.

Sessions in nature are also fun because Laetitia adapts them to you, the environment and the weather conditions: one session can be devoted to “Nordic walking”, another to a circuit-training in the forest, others more focused on cardiovascular exercises by having to walk fast or run from tree to tree and if on the way there are rocks or steps on the way, you won’t escape!

Each session is different and includes complete cardio-vascular work, muscle strengthening, balance and flexibility exercises. As there is no bad weather but inappropriate clothing, you just need to adapt your outfit and take advantage of the natural resources to take care of yourself! »
