SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMMING 🏌️-

Massive well done to my online client Darren Guild who is now only EIGHT WEEKS through his Golf Specific Strength and Conditioning programme and has absolutely smashed itπŸŒπŸΎβ€β™‚οΈπŸŒπŸΎβ€β™‚οΈπŸŒπŸΎβ€β™‚οΈπŸŒπŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ-

Darren got in touch looking for a programme that would help him get stronger, help with body composition, increase power, increase force production, increase flexibility and increase speed as the process went on. This was all based around the sport of golf and would ensure that maximum changes can occur. –

Darren has worked very hard these last 8 weeks and has really made some amazing body composition changes, and also made some considerable changes with his distance whilst on the course, this is absolutely fantastic. –

We are only eight weeks in and all goals have been met, Darren is now feeling so much stronger and powerful day to day and of course whilst playing the sport of golf, this was the absolute goal for me at the end of the plan, but we are seeing some fantastic changes already. This just shows how well Darren has been following the plan and the amount of work he has put in. –

Just to note, Darens weight has not changed at all since we started, and you can see the considerable changes within his composition. –

Great work bud, I can’t wait to write out your next phase so we can really look at ehancing your speed and velocity through some more scientific approaches. –
