You’re on the starting blocks, your opponents are roaring with confidence and you’re thinking “omo can I win this race like this”. My sprinters it’s you I’m talking to o 🤣🤣.

Or it’s a game, your team just went down 1-0 and all heads drop. The captain of the other team says “we’ve got them let’s pile on the pressure.

It happens.

Great athletes have most times learnt to master their emotions and what they show on the outside.

Your opponents don’t know when you’re bleeding or hurt, if they guess and it backfires they have themselves to blame so they’re cautious.

All because you didn’t show any emotions. It’s a good trick.
