A Ketogenic Diet is not useful if it doesn’t contain bio available nutrients from animal products.

Low Calorie Diet will be more harm than good if you’re cutting calories by cutting protein.

Calorie Surplus Diet is no good if you’re just increasing Carbohydrates for the sake of gaining weight. The weight you’ll gain will anyway be fat not muscles.

Plant based diet is no good if… oh wait. It’s shit anyway. You’ll only suffer from major deficiencies (like B12, Vit K2, EPA, DHA, VitA1, Heme Iron etc) if you’re only and only eating plants.

Intermittent Fasting is pointless if you’re not eating Nutrient Dense foods when you break the fast. Failing to do this will result in lethargy, anxiety, mood swings, high electrolyte imbalance, and ofcourse Nutrient deficiencies.

Whatever DIET you follow, the first and most important aspect is getting the essential nutrients from the diet so that you don’t suffer any deficiencies in life.

I’ve always believed in getting Nutrients from food rather than heavily relying on supplements. This is the only reason I follow a Carnivore Diet which takes cares of all the Nutrients.
